Find Out Where You Can Plug In

The WNY for Peace arm of this newsletter aims to amplify the initiatives and events happening locally to raise awareness. There are a lot of active groups with members that span the spectrum in terms of political ideologies and faith. United to acknowledge the humanity and rights of the Palestinian people, we’re one big voice for Palestine. Each member of every group has a skill or connection to contribute. Find where you fit and plug in. This post will be updated as we gather information about local groups and initiatives. Please email us if you want us to add something to the list: info@cpcwny.org

Allies Against Apartheid

Allies aims to mobilize, activate, and energize Americans of all ethnic, religious, and political affiliations to be advocates against the Israeli-imposed apartheid.

The local organizations and initiatives are working together under Allies Against Apartheid to get pledge signatures. If you haven’t signed the pledge yet, this is one simple way to take action against apartheid. Use ambassador code 1716 when you sign the pledge and contact Clara (below) to get your swag (a cute, free watermelon sticker!) if you are local. If you are not local, you can purchase a sticker on the website once you sign the pledge. Look out for swag at your local events as well!
